// Responsible Gambling

Only bet what you can lose, write down every bet, and stop when the rules say stop.

Sports betting comes with real risk to your money. Our system is built on patience and rules, and it only works if you are betting with money you can afford to lose.

The bettor who plans their money will outlast the bettor who chases it.
House rule, every member, every week
// The rules every member follows
  • Keep your betting money separate from rent, savings, and any bills.
  • Only risk 2 to 5 percent of your betting money on any one bet, ever.
  • Write down every bet you make. If it is not on the tracker, it does not count.
  • If you lose 10 percent of your money, take 24 hours off before placing the next bet.
  • If you lose 20 percent of your money, take a full week off and review every bet with us before coming back.
// Warning signs

If any of these sound like you, or like someone you know, step away from the bet slip and reach out for help.

  • Betting more than you said you would this week.
  • Trying to win back a loss with a bigger bet the next day.
  • Hiding your bets from family or roommates.
  • Using credit, borrowed money, or bills to fund a bet.
  • Not being able to stop after a loss or a win.
  • Bets getting in the way of sleep, work, or relationships.
